How do I reset my account password?

If you lost your password, you may reset it by visiting the Login page (link at top right in black bar) and clicking on the "Lost your password?" link under the login form. Enter the email address you used to sign up and click the button and we'll send you a link to reset your password.

How do I access the ARES Portal?

When you login from the Login/My Account page, you will automatically be redirected to the ARES Portal page. If you navigate away from the page and want to return to it, you can always access it on your Account Dashboard (Login/My Account link at the top-right). Alternatively, you can access it through the top navigation under the Membership.

How do I update my credit card/payment information?

If you need to update your credit card information, login and visit your Account Dashboard. From there, click on "Order History" and then click "View" to see the order details.

On the Order details page, click on the Update Payment Method button to the right.

How do I cancel my membership?

To cancel your membership, login and visit your Account Dashboard. From there, click on "Order History" and then click "View" to see the order details. Click on the "Cancel Membership" button to the right.
